David Purtle

Founder, CEO & Executive Chairman

David Purtle has over thirty years successful business experience in property and asset valuation.  He is a company Director of a number of property advisory, transactional & valuation professional services companies.

 

David is the architect and a joint venture partner of the 121 lot land subdivision project, Harrington Gardens, a circa $80m end value, house and land package and land sales, development project.

 

David is a Registered Valuer in NSW, Queensland and New Zealand, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API), a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ).

 

As a professional valuer David has been engaged in high profile property valuations, including the $1.5B JBS acquisition of Primo and has appeared as an expert witness in Federal & State Courts.

 

As a resident, businessman and property developer in the Camden & Wollondilly Local Government Area's (the heart of Sydney's south west growth corridor) for over 25 years, David has developed an extensive & enviable network of landowners and prominent development industry players & service providers.

 

Utilising this network and his professional valuation skill set, David is able to identify off market development opportunities and analyse those opportunities to provide rewarding property investment opportunities for our investors & stakeholders.  As CEO, David is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of GWS Property Funds.

Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Heidi assists the executives of GWS Property Funds and its associated companies.  She is also responsible for overseeing the administrative, marketing and client communication functions of the business.
