GWS PROPERTY FUNDS is the gateway to property investment opportunities in one of the world's fastest-growing regions. We were set up with a clear mission: to be a leading property development and property asset management company in Sydney, Australia's, urban growth corridor, Greater Western Sydney (GWS).
GWS PROPERTY FUNDS was established in 2019 to provide an investment vehicle for investors to share in the growth and transformational change of Sydney's western & south-western growth corridors, due to the most significant infrastructure investment by the NSW State Government in a generation, and the "turbo charging" of this growth, by the construction of Sydney's second International Airport, the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport WSI, at Badgery's Creek.
Based in the heart of Sydney's growth corridor, Camden, we draw on over 25 years of local knowledge and networks, to identify and source promising property investment opportunities in high-potential sectors and markets. We have a strong track record of investigating & identifying property investment & development opportunities, adding value to our investments and delivering solid returns for our investors & stakeholders.
We benefit from a number of unique advantages, including; our founder being a resident of the region for over 25 years, a proprietary & bespoke "In-house" financial model, a deal flow network & data base, a builder panel data base, long term relationships with seasoned professional property development industry experts, in addition to a track record of property development within the region.
Our property investment & development strategy centres on acquiring sites or strategic stakes in development projects in the fast growing west & south-western Sydney growth corridors. We believe, we are the only funds management firm, with a dedicated team of property specialists, to focus, exclusively, on this growth area. Through active ownership and a focus on "building out" development sites, we accelerate our development project returns for our investors & stakeholders.
